Cactus World News is an Irish rock band formed in Dublin in April 1984. In 1985, he toured the UK with the UK hard rock band The Cult and signed a contract with MCA Records.
"”Urban Beaches’’, released by MCA Records in 1986, is Cactus World News’ debut album, produced by Chris Kimsey, who worked with The Rolling Stones.
The song “The Bridge” was produced by U2’s Bono.
