Sterac Electronics こと Steve Rachmad は世界的に活躍するアムステルダム出身のテクノプロデューサー／DJ。オランダにデトロイトテクノを広めた存在として広く称されている。
Sterac、Parallel 9、Ignacio、Scorp、Black Scorpion、Tons of Tones、Dreg、Adverse Matchなど様々な名義を音楽スタイルに合わせて使い分けている。
Sterac Electronics は、エレクトロ、ファンク、80sディスコにフォーカスしたスタイルをリリースする際に使用しており、どの音源も高く評価されている。
「Keep On Running」は、2003年にベルギーのレーベルMusic Man RecordsからリリースされたTechno／Electro／Indie Dance。
