A面の「 Iko Iko 」は、 The Bodysnatchers(ボディスナッチャーズ)の元メンバーによって1980年にロンドンで結成されたUKポップ・ガールズバンドThe Belle Stars(ベル・スターズ)によるカバー曲。
The Belle Starsヴァージョンの Iko Iko は映画「レインマン」（主演：ダスティン・ホフマン、トム・クルーズ）や、映画『ノッキン・オン・ヘブンズ・ドア』、映画『ハングオーバー』にも収録された。
B面の「Las Vegas」は、著名な映画音楽の作曲家Hans Zimmer(ハンス・ジマー)によるもので、この曲も映画「レインマン」のサウンドトラックに収録されている。
