Ural 13 Diktatorsは、1997年にLauri Kasti と Lupu Pitkänenによって結成されたヘルシンキを拠点とするデュオ。Ural 13 Diktatorsのスタイルは、80年代の音楽（Hi NRG、Disco、Electro、Synth Pop）、90年代のサウンド（Techno、House）、ビデオゲーム音楽のクロスオーバーが特徴。
「World Domination EP」は、2001年に自身のレーベルUral 13 Records からリリースしたTrance／Techno／Hi NRG。1300部の限定盤。
B2は、フィンランドのテクノプロジェクトKosmonautによるremix。
