KGBは、アメリカとイギリスのミュージシャン、Ray Kennedy（レイ ケネディ）、Rick Grech（リック グレッチ）、Mike Bloomfield（マイク ブルームフィールド）、Carmine Appice （カーマイン アピス）、 Barry Goldberg（バリー ゴールドバーグ）が参加した、1970年代のブルースロックグループ。
1976年にMCAレコーズからリリースされた「KGB」は、KGBのデビューアルバム。プロデューサーは、ジョージハリスン、ローリングストーンズ、エリッククラプトンなどのレコードに参加したJim Price。
