East 17 was formed in 1991 by Tony Mortimer, Brian Harvey, John Hendy, and Terry Caldwell, and was the most popular boy band in the UK in the early to mid-1990s.
A techno/synth pop track released as the second single by London Records in 1992. It is included in the debut album “Walthamstow”.
