E-Rotic is a German techno-pop dance unit that has been active since 1994.The founding members were German-born vocalist Lyane Leigh and American rapper Richard Michael Smith, known as Raz-Ma-Taz.
The producer is David Brandes, who has produced many artists such as Bad Boys Blue, Chris Norman, Lemon Ice, and Vanilla Ninja.
“Willy Use A Billy… Boy” was E-Rotic’s fourth single in Germany, but it was their debut single in Japan.
