Deep Forest （ディープフォレスト）は、Eric Mouquet（エリック・ムケ） とMichel Sanchez（ミシェル・サンチェス）からなるフランスグループ。
Deep Forestは、エスニックサウンドとアンビエントミュージックを組み合わせた、いわゆる「グローバルポップ」の普及に貢献した。 このカセットの収録曲「Sweet Lullaby」は、米国ではアルバムが 200 万枚以上販売されるほどの大ヒットに。
Deep Forestは、2004年の日本映画『草の乱』のサウンドトラックを最後に活動を休止。Michel Sanchezは、2005年にバンドを脱退しソロ活動を開始。Eric Mouquetは、2008年にDeep Projects名義でアルバム「Deep」をリリース。
