99年リリースの「Kernkraft 400」で一躍有名になったZombie Nation。
元々はドイツ人DJ 兼プロデューサーの Splank! (Florian Senfter）とDJ Mooner（Emanuel Günther）のテクノデュオだったが、現在は Splank! (Florian Senfter）一人で活動。
「Souls At Zero」は、2003年にFlorian SenfterとWolfram “Wolfen” Gottardt によって設立されたレーベルDekathlon Recordsよりリリースされたテクノ・エレクトロトラック。
B面はSven Väth（スヴェン・ヴァス）によるremix。
