Wim Vanoeveren, also known as Tom Hades, is a techno/techhouse DJ and producer based in Belgium.A stalwart of the Belgian techno scene, he runs the label Rhythm Convert (currently under the name Rhythm Converted).
“Conception” is a techno track released in 2002 by MB Elektronics, a techno label run by Marco Bailey.
The B-side is a remix by Stanny Franssen (aka G-Force), an important figure in the Belgian techno scene.
