The PreC.I.S.E. MC is female MC Marcella Brailsford from Brooklyn, New York. He is also a member of the group Twise with Tika Sumpter.
“PreC.I.S.E.-ly Done” was released by American label Luke Records in 1991. Spencer Bellamy, former DJ for Howie Tee’s “Count Disco” crew, is on board as a producer.
