“Spiritualized – Ladies And Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space” is an album by the British rock band Spiritualized.
This album is known as Spiritualized’s masterpiece, and is characterized by its experimental sound and magnificent arrangements.The album is known for its unique musical style, combining elements of rock, shoegaze, and psychedelic rock.
Spiritualized was formed in Rugby, Warwickshire, England in 1990, and aside from core member Jason Pearce, the group has always had a fluid supporting cast.
They are also recognized as one of the bands that had a major influence on alternative rock and indie rock from the 1990s onwards.
The band’s name comes from the fictional spaceship “Spiritualized” that appears in the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey, and Jason Pearce is also known as the former vocalist of Spacemen 3.
