Rupert Parkes, better known as Photek, is a British electronic music DJ, record producer, and television and film composer based in Los Angeles.
Photek received three consecutive Grammy nominations in the Best Remix Recording, Non-Classical category, for Daft Punk’s “End of Line” on the soundtrack of the film Tron: Legacy in 2012, and for Moby’s “Lie Down in Darkness” in 2012.
“Modus Operandi” is a future jazz downtempo/jungle track by Photek released in 1998 on Virgin Group’s electronic/dance sub-label Science in the late 90’s.
