Metal Blade is a project by Japanese techno DJ/producer Fumiaki Kobayashi and DJ/guitarist Masayuki Ozaki.
Fumiaki Kobayashi runs the techno label gatearray recordings and is active mainly at the techno party Akihabara Heavy Industries.Since 2014, he has also been active under the name KURAYAMI.
“Cannonball / Metal Funk” is a techno track released in 2003 by Giant Wheel, a label founded by Clemens Neufeld, who is known as a pioneer of Austrian house techno and founded Vienna’s first techno club “Space Jungle”.
