M.E.S.H. is a group consisting of Richard Norris and David Ball. They worked together as M.E.S.H, one of the groups formed by members of Psychic TV in 1988 for the fake compilation Jack The Tab – Acid Tablets Volume One.
M.E.S.H. has since changed its name to The Grid.
