JJAK HOGANは、ジョージア州オーガスタ出身のSlim E. Neutron（Donte Oliver / ドンテ・オリバー）と Davey Koppa Feel (Wayne Brooks / ウェイン・ブルックス)によるプロジェクトで、Dr. Bass So-Low や Smoke Master I.C.E. 名義でも活動している。
